When will my order be shipped?

We will send you shipping details once a tracking number has been dispatched to the order and let you know what items have left the factory.

How can I check the status of my Package? 

An email will be dispatched once the Package has left the facility. You can also Use the "Chat feature" on the bottom right when you have a "Tracking #" to check the status of your package!

 

How can I change my order after it’s been placed?

As our orders are processed promptly, changing your order after it’s been placed can be complex.

Because of this, we recommend contacting us immediately upon realising that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.

  

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, you may change your delivery address (assuming your order has not been delivered yet). If Delivered, unfortunately you'll have to place another order.

Returning Items?

While we do not accept change-of-mind returns  ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

NOTE: We stand behind the quality of our products & guarantee our workmanship 100%.  However any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge — simply use the contact form with a photo of the item & one of our representatives will issue an immediate replacement.

Replacement orders are prioritized in our production facility in order to ship as quickly as possible. We typically do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

Order Cancellations

Do you need to cancel your order?

On receiving confirmation and payment for your order, it will be processed and prepared for dispatch. Once your order has been either partially or fully dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and our Returns/Change of Mind policies come into effect as stated above.

Do you deliver to (misc. country)?

We ship worldwide, with the exception of the following countries: Cuba, Falkland Islands, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, & Ukraine. We also provide full door-to-door tracking updates for 32 countries (including the US).

Full tracking is provided for the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, German, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, & Switzerland.

For any countries not listed above, tracking will stop once the package is handed over to the country’s international carrier. For these countries, we do not receive additional tracking updates or delivery confirmation, therefore we are not liable once they have been transferred to the international carrier.
